1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PSD Upscale, operated by Minimal AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PSD Upscale is a web-based tool that uses AI to upscale Adobe Photoshop (PSD) files while preserving layer structure. The Service processes uploaded PSD files, applies AI-powered upscaling to each layer, and produces a downloadable result file.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account via email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Coffees and Payments

  • Processing and downloading PSD files requires coffees. Premium (4x) upscaling consumes more coffees than Standard (2x).
  • All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
  • Purchased coffees are tied to your account and do not expire.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes as determined by Paddle based on your location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits or coffee requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the processed output. PSD Upscale does not claim ownership of your content. The Service, its branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Minimal AI.

7. File Handling

When your browser supports WebGPU, files are processed entirely on your device using client-side AI inference. Your PSD files are never uploaded to our servers in this mode. For browsers without WebGPU support, files are processed on secure servers and deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not store, review, or share your files. Processed output files are available for download for a limited time before automatic deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Minimal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or processing errors.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Unused coffees are non-transferable and will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.
